Anil Ali is a Houston native that has been practicing law since 2008. He attended the University of Texas at Austin for his undergraduate studies in economics. His undergraduate studies prepared him to value companies and goods based on several market factors. Because of this he can advise clients about the economic impact that patentees will have based on their patents.
After working for a short time, Anil went to law school at the South Texas College of Law. While in law school he reviewed the work of scientists to parse their technical background in order to help prepare their case before the United States government in obtaining a National Interest Waiver. This training set the foundation for Anil's interests in research and continuing education.
In law school Anil focused on learning transactional law and all aspects of litigation; this helps make Anil's patent drafting skills unique because he focuses both on the language and its repercussions. After law school, Anil joined a prominent litigation boutique in Houston where he learned all aspects of litigation and fought hard for every client, every time. After a few years practicing law, Anil pursued patent law with his significant background in chemical engineering and computer science.
Registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and with a diverse background and ability to tackle any scientific field, Anil is ready to help you with your intellectual property (IP) goals that may be patents, trademarks, copyrights, or business related to those. If you need an attorney with exceptional ability to deliver, let us help you.
